Bob Skea
Managing Partner and Founder
Bob brings over 25 years of leadership roles. Prior to founding decklor group, Bob held C-Level roles in several public and private companies. With an expertise in go-to-market functions, and a background in data, analytics and financial technologies, Bob has been a key executive on successful exits at Multex (Reuters), NorthStar International (SEI), Interactive Data Corp (ICE) and Dun & Bradstreet (Cannae Holdings/CC Capital/TH Lee). He brings experience in transforming organizations to growth acceleration.

A graduate of Rutgers Business School, Bob sits on the Board of the Rutgers Leadership Development Program, the All Stars Program of New Jersey, and Ridge Youth Sports. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
